This notice covers the waitlist only. A fuller privacy policy will cover the app when it launches.

1. Data Controller

Waddly AB, based in Malmö, Sweden, is the data controller for the information you give us here. You can reach us at .

2. What We Collect

When you join the list, we collect:

• Your name and email address.
• The city or area you chose.
• If you're in Malmö, optionally whether you'd like to join the first group and which kinds of meetups you'd show up for.

That's all. We don't ask for anything else.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process this on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and we use it only to reach you about getting started: to let you know when Waddly opens in your city, and, if you're in the first Malmö group, to share beta access and coordinate those early meetups. We do not use it for anything else.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your information. The only third party that may handle your details is an email provider, based in the European Union, that delivers the messages you signed up for on our behalf. No one else receives them.

5. Data Storage and International Transfers

Your information is stored on Waddly's own servers within the European Union. We do not transfer it outside the EU.

6. Data Retention

We keep your details until Waddly launches in your city and you've had the chance to join, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, and you can email us to be deleted at any time.

7. Cookies and Tracking

The sign-up form sets no cookies. This site runs no analytics, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party trackers.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent or object to our use of it at any time. Email and we'll respond within 30 days.

9. Supervisory Authority

If you believe we've handled your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se, or with the data protection authority in your country of residence.

10. Children

Waddly, including this waitlist, is intended for adults. It is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice from time to time. If we do, we'll change the date above. When Waddly launches, the full privacy policy will replace it.
